@stephen_stumpf Personally, SVG wasn't the issue. I like him, it's just the general racing product felt more uninteresting and even boring. This isn't about crazy finish or anything, the car just seems.. less fun, less dancing around, more planted compared to Oreilly or Trucks. Also FOX. Yikes.

SVG fatigue IMO. If it was another driver making that insane comeback, this scores 70 at the very least.

@Matthew__Bruner General thing I'm seeing is "Oh the drivers are bad and the team is top tier" No lmao. Majority of the time all drivers start with awful cars (Especially Brad) and have to work their way through the field in the most aero-sensitive can't-drive-in-dirty-air cars ever. It sucks

@Matthew__Bruner Maybe the "wrong opinion" but I think all three drivers are really damn good, Buescher especially. Just to me comes across as them not getting the cars they need and also being subjected to the worst luck possible. I don't think RFK would improve if you put others into the seats

@LBreitschopf56 All of these are great I really can't tell whether I like the default Black-Blue or the Blue-White more for the 2024 car Kind of sad they somewhat messed up the car for 2025 (and then never ran it again after the first three races) i care way too much about rfk schemes

@JoxyJuniper idk if i'd say embarrassing but i do feel the quality of their cars has dropped hard since 2024. still some occasionally good schemes now and then but a lot of it's either just mediocre or bad outright

I think the RFK cars could have looked better in ways that don't involve the numbers being moved back

@bcschneider53 They are still very much driving the cars hard and all, not trying to undermine that, but it just feels different watching Oreilly / Xfinity take it. Trucks was also, personally, the best of the three this weekend, as those things sending it around were a blast to watch

@bcschneider53 This place sucks with character limit, jeez. Anyway, I am going off no facts here (probably) but I feel the Cup car was made with more roadcourses in mind, and as a result it's kind of lost that spectacle that's like "Wow they are really wrestling those things around here"

Gonna be honest, I did NOT realize how unpopular road course racing was. Was the noise this loud when we had 6 on the schedule? I'm old enough to remember the mid-2010s when fans were BEGGING for more than 2. Now we've split the difference at 4 and it's still too much?

@b_enson94 @Matthew__Bruner Respectfully disagree, unless contingencies are reintroduced Contigs make or break door number schemes to me But personally I prefer forward numbers Schemes that use the space right look great for both, but I think forward allows for more logos (Hunt Brothers Pizza for example)

*ahem* The forward door number no longer bothers me and a centered door number on the next gen just looks weird.
