Here was how my support ticket went with @Tangem over the past few months.
- hi @Tangem, someone sent me crypto on a chain that the app doesn't support. Do you have a SDK I can use to try to recover them myself since support isn't on your roadmap.
- yea we have a SDK have at it
- Hi @Tangem I downloaded the source code and I successfully built it, but a fresh unmodified build won't scan the cards. It marks them as counterfeit
- @Tangem, that's because you can't authenticate the card and we arnt going to help you with this because it against our current license
- ok @Tangem I read your license, it expressively forbids any use of the SDK. It says "THIS IS NOT OPEN SOURCE SOFTWARE". So if your app ever leaves the app store I have no way to legally build the app and recover my crypto.
