@ASpittel TIL you can open a file without a read/write flag, and that if you iterate through it, you get the lines. Been writing open(...).readlines() for years to do this...

@mellissameisels @rstatstweet NSE (nonstandard evaluation) in the tidyverse was a bad idea. Going through all those hoops just to avoid quotation marks makes extending the tidyverse a nightmare.
