Not a single brisket looked good….. sad….. so we got a tri-tip steak instead. Dry brined it for 24 hours, On the smoker at 225° until it’s 115-120 internal we go, garlic butter sear until 135° to follow, then a 15 minute rest and then we eat.

@SheSaysBadWords @NotZ3Music I know a former Cleveland suburb cop who got 50 bullets a year to train with. Not boxes. Bullets. And he only shot 50 a year. Didn’t even know how to strip his Glock.
I took him shooting and we shot 2500 rounds in a sitting.
