While I've been busy meme-ing, my team has been busy working.
We're currently doubling sales for this health & wellness brand every month on TikTok Shop.
Here's how we're doing it:
- 600+ samples being sent monthly to commission-only creators. We reach out to these creators with on-platform bots, email outbound, discord groups, etc.
- $15K/month in flat fee creator spend. We have a solid network of creators we've worked with across brands plus partners.
- $2K/day in ad spend at a 2X ROI. Remaining sales are all organic
The tl;dr is to speed run to as close to 1K videos/month on TikTok Shop. TTS is almost entirely a volume game.
There is currently no brand on TikTok Shop that's doing $1 mil+/month on TikTok Shop without this volume of videos or livestreams
Since supplement brands have such high margins, this is actually a profitable channel for the client.
But if you really want to maximize the ROI of TTS, you should be treating it as an awareness channel that you'd be okay breaking even on. TTS is extremely powerful for TOF and brand awareness, plus a halo effect and spillover to Amazon.
We also get usage rights for our client and repurpose the videos to Meta which has allowed them to increase ad spend there by 30%
We're not really onboarding any more clients for Q4 but we did have one client get acquired and now they'll be going in-house starting next month.
Oh and we'll be starting with JRB in 2047 after they launch Amazon in 2036 (they don't want to rush into things)
