While I've been busy meme-ing, my team has been busy working. We're currently doubling sales for this health & wellness brand every month on TikTok Shop. Here's how we're doing it: - 600+ samples being sent monthly to commission-only creators. We reach out to these creators with on-platform bots, email outbound, discord groups, etc. - $15K/month in flat fee creator spend. We have a solid network of creators we've worked with across brands plus partners. - $2K/day in ad spend at a 2X ROI. Remaining sales are all organic The tl;dr is to speed run to as close to 1K videos/month on TikTok Shop. TTS is almost entirely a volume game. There is currently no brand on TikTok Shop that's doing $1 mil+/month on TikTok Shop without this volume of videos or livestreams Since supplement brands have such high margins, this is actually a profitable channel for the client. But if you really want to maximize the ROI of TTS, you should be treating it as an awareness channel that you'd be okay breaking even on. TTS is extremely powerful for TOF and brand awareness, plus a halo effect and spillover to Amazon. We also get usage rights for our client and repurpose the videos to Meta which has allowed them to increase ad spend there by 30% We're not really onboarding any more clients for Q4 but we did have one client get acquired and now they'll be going in-house starting next month. Oh and we'll be starting with JRB in 2047 after they launch Amazon in 2036 (they don't want to rush into things) If you do less than $1 mil/year and you do NOT know what Fermat does, then I simply can't help you. We run Meta ads for Nelly's brand, Apple Bottoms. Yes, they make the jeans from that song that was everyone's ringtone in 2007. Nelly doesn't want to be the face of the brand. As a result, we've had to get...creative with our approach. I hope this tactic will inspire other apparel/accessory brands: 1. We run AI-generated UGC clips (like the attached) as the hook for mashups of REAL UGC and they perform really well. It's a simple testimonial excerpt from someone who looks like a real Apple Bottoms customer. 2. We also use the IG story UI in our montages, which has led to a much higher average watch time on our ads. It feels like you're scrolling through your friend's stories. 3. We product seed the HELL out of our target ICP using TikTok Affiliate, and get usage rights to as much of it as we can via Archive.com. Then we run all of those videos as ads. 4. We rely on strategic new product launches to provide a sales boost each quarter - they just dropped this gold bikini which I anticipate will absolutely crush in ads: applebottoms.com/products/gold-… It's a super fun brand to work with. We just wrapped a massive collab with Latto which brought in the Gen Z crowd, and we're now facing the challenge of continuing to grow that coveted age demo through future collabs and creative formats.

"AI is not coming for jobs" That's basically the point that my friend Jared made on this episode. Jared runs a global talent firm that has a large footprint across many brands you know and love.
