This is another huge win for real artists! AI-generated art cannot be copyrighted in the U.S. I'm no lawyer, and I'm certainly not political, so I'm taking this with a grain of salt. I don't know what might change in the future, but any victory over AI "art" is good in my book. Real art is made by humans, not machines! And to the folks who use AI to create "art" I encourage you to use real artistic tools, whether digital or physical. Try and make something real! You're more capable than you think, and you'll feel better about what you make. Trust me.
