@LaVelleNeal This contradicts an article I read on @TheAthletic this morning. That article mentioned how the Wild had watched video of how Dallas protects the net, and that tossing a shot into the protection could lead to a positive result.

Hughes did not purposely shoot the puck off the Dallas player. His quote: "There was a lot of traffic back there. Hartsy was going (there) and I was trying to get it out to him, with all them coming out to me" If it enters traffic, something good could ccome out of it. It did.
