Immediate 2025-26 Minnesota Wild season reflection: 1. A step forward for the organization, they were damn close to the Avs despite two major injuries. 2. Jesper Wallstedt is HIM. A wealth of experience for the young stud and a lot of learning he can take with him into the offseason. No question he looks to be #1 3. Gotta feel really good about the Quinn Hughes situation. I don’t think anyone could’ve predicted how great of an impact and how unreal he was in a Wild jersey. 4. Matt Boldy, Kirill Kaprizov & Brock Faber are superstars and showed out in the playoffs. 5. The core is missing one piece (top line center), otherwise lots to be optimistic about moving forward despite the disappointment right now. 6. Still hate this playoff format. It’s dumb. P.S.
