Here to remind everyone that this is the best ucl campaign ever in my opinion along with Ronaldo's 16/17 campaign(arguably even better). The sheer brilliance is further displayed when you think of the goals, their timing and the teams he scored them against. Benzema was unreal.

Teerth Gopicon: Don't want to give any hopes, but seems like the company has filed an IA in the court today against the order recall by MPJJM.

@AathiOmni So basically here they are asking that the orders are not cancelled till a particular date/event? I guess they might have something in store then because asking this without having anything planned is a waste of time and money

@Notprominent_ Teerth Gopicon: You can find all the order details in the prospectus. From today's updates order no. 7 and 10 are cancelled and 8 stays ie. 812 crore order cancelled. So, 314 crore order remains from 2024. Till Jan 31 OB 2035 cr. Now ~1200 cr.

@ShareEnthu @srir54 On the other hand when the ipo is a fresh issue, then the funds go to the company's bank account and are shown on it's balance sheet as reserves and equity share capital. These funds are used by the company for company purposes, promoters don't get any money from it. Example Tgl

@ShareEnthu @srir54 No. Ipos are of two kinds. Offer for sale and fresh issue. When it's an offer for sale ipo, then the promoter basically sells his shares to the public like us. Company is not really involved in any way. An example would be the Hyundai india ipo. Company didn't care about ipo

@AathiOmni Sure, as you wish, I won't be taking a huge loss, because imo the company is still likely to do well in the future. As for the promoter thing, I am invested in several large companies where the promoters didn't keep their words, so I do not trust them much.

@Notprominent_ To me now, it's abundantly clear that Mr promoter is a bol bachhan. So I'll be out as soon as I get a chance. It might become a multibagger tomorrow, but people who run the business matter the most to me.

Just saw Teerth Gopicon's update. The promoter clearly said in the call to multiple participants that they have arrangements for a fresh BG. Why not tell the truth, whatever it might be?? Good that he still holds 64% of the business, but sad for the 36% retailers(including me).

@AathiOmni Of course, we are both in the same scenario here, all we can do is trust, no other option tbh. I am though not going to sell, because at this point selling makes no real sense tbh

@ShareEnthu @srir54 What are you even talking about? Ipo was a complete fresh issue, i.e. management didn't receive even a single penny. They used up personal funds to buy shares multiple times and they are fleeing with the money? What is wrong with you, they haven't made any money, and used theirs.

@srir54 @Notprominent_ kaka log, mera 25L ka 7L ho gaya hai, #StockMarket mei loss ka gham nahi hai, frauds kar ke koi chala jae toh dil dukhta hai, mgmt se umeed mat rakho, they are small time contractors, they brought IPO just to flee with the money.

@srir54 True if it was a deliberate decision, then they should have clarified it. I am invested for the long term because I believe in the company, but transparency is crucial for growth.

@Notprominent_ TGL is fraud will keep coming up in X even if the stock goes above 400 then some people will say no and defend the company. That is not the point here. Point is to state why no BG was given for people wanting to hear managements views on this action

@AathiOmni Listen, it's nice that it's a 300 cr company but if the promoters got no liquid cash from the ipo, they only got the stake and things would eventually almost certainly come out, no point wasting their limited funds, right? And with regards to the bg, they might have been lying

@Notprominent_ It was a 300cr company when the issue arose. What is 40 lakh, if it helps to stabilize the market price? Anyway to what i know, he told they've arranged for a fresh BG and then they weren't able to submit it so he wasn't speaking the truth in the call.

@srir54 This, I absolutely agree with. Maybe banks refused to lend them such a huge sum of money due to the price drop? As for the commentary, not sure it would have helped as a couple of people I am speaking with are already convinced that everything is a fraud.

@Notprominent_ am also not saying it's a fraud am invested. I am just frustrated that why can't they provide a new BG and ensure no orders are cancelled? Or provide their commentary along with the order termination notice.

@AathiOmni May be they assumed that they might be able to procure the bgs in time but later some problems occurred? The management purchased shares worth nearly 40 lakhs just a couple of weeks back, are they really so dumb as to waste their personal funds? Not justifying their behavior here

@Notprominent_ Why not tell this clearly in the call? Why would he say that they've got fresh arrangements for BG? Seems like the whole call was a lie. Maybe they didn't do fraud, but at least be true to investors during the call.

@AathiOmni Think this issue made banks reluctant to lend them such huge sums of money. Wouldn't the rajasthan govt who gave them the solar orders have verified the bgs once again, given the fact that the firm was accused of giving fake bgs? Wouldn't they have revoked the orders by now too?

@AathiOmni I don't think that the management is fraudulent tbh. Why would he waste nearly 2crs worth of personal funds buying shares? Would he not know that the bgs are fake and may get discovered? Also ipo was purely a fresh issue, no money was received by the promoters themselves.

@DevLive101 @bakul123y Probably the poor reputation, caused them unable to procure new bgs. Wouldn't the Rajasthan body have checked if the bgs for the solar projects were fake considering the company was accused of such a crime? Wouldn't they have revoked the orders? Price recovery will take time now

@DevLive101 @bakul123y Because they were not aware that the bgs were fake in the first place? If you know you are defrauding someone, would you buy more shares, remember ipo was a complete fresh issue. Promoter made no money off it. They were probably unable to get the bg due to being a small firm.
