No issues and low maintenance costs.
I even managed to sell at a slight profit! (not accounting for inflation of course)

"Investing" in property nowadays is even more dumb. Buy a house to live in, but don't expect to make any money!

£26k isn't a life changing amount of money.
Better to have those life experiences while you can. Instead focus on positioning yourself to maximise your income so you can spend £50 every weekend AND invest several hundred every month.
You don't get those years back and you get more responsibilities with age!
