@EastMidRailway @EthanJGreig Hi @EastMidRailway a couple of weeks ago I was at Nottingham and the gateline staff refused to let me through to help my elderly grandmother off the train in the evening, saying I had to be travelling to access the platforms. Is this official rules or was this incorrect?
