3/ The usual workaround is complex: fetch token accounts > query each one > merge > dedupe > sort > paginate You do this again and again with hundreds or thousands of token accounts. With Noves, you get this in a single "done-for-you" API call - primary wallet + all associated token accounts (including closed token accounts)

One thing that’s very crucial for @CantonFdn: our General Members. These are the institutions and entities participating in governance who bring the “missing pieces” that make an institutional network usable in practice. Including Data and risk infrastructure, custody and tokenization rails, developer tooling, validator operations, and core financial workflows (funds, lending, securities finance, accounting). They bring the expertise, services, and infrastructure that support neutral governance and institution-grade rails on @CantonNetwork.

Finance teams need this difference. Because classification changes how a transaction is treated for: - Taxes - Audits - Reconciliation - Reporting categories - Risk and internal controls Without standardized classifications, you get potential downstream failures: - False taxable events - Double counting activity - Reporting you can’t defend - Missing/incorrect cost basis

Blockchains are transparent. But "transparent" doesn’t mean financial-grade or audit-ready. For finance teams and institutions, "decoded" data is not enough. Decoded transaction data tells you what function was called e.g. "DepositTokens". But why? For what purpose? 🧵

Why doesn't [insert blockchain data provider] support @cantonnetwork? Here's the real reason. Canton Network is private by design: - Data indexers > public data - Reporting tools > public data - Block explorers > public data But what about private data? Can't access it. So, your options are: 1) Share your private data with a 3rd party - this can be a fast path if you’re okay granting a third party full access to your private data. 2) Build your own data layer - not impossible, but is expensive and never-ending. Each new token, app, contract or edge case becomes your integration and maintenance burden. 3) Run the @noves_fi Data App - The Data App is on-prem and private, with: Quick search + filter (e.g. CantonSwap), transaction descriptions in plain English, traffic cost analysis for every transaction, standardized and categorized transactions, and CSV / JSON exports for audits and reporting. No private data leaves your environment. No building or maintaining your own data infra. No mess, no fuss, just clean auditable data. If your data provider doesn't support Canton, it’s not a Canton problem. Canton isn’t difficult to support. Private data is.

With up to 10 SV weight earned through a milestone based, escrowed program overseen by the Tokenomics & Accountability Committees of @cantonFdn. Another step in aligning Canton's governance with the institutions that run global markets, with milestones independently verified and reflected transparently in network governance.

To wrap the year, this will be my last post (not my last like or repost 😀). I want to start by thanking everyone who has been instrumental in making @CantonNetwork a success. There are simply too many to name. Thank you for all the hard working colleagues at @digitalasset who believe in the vision for so long and worked so hard to get us here! To all the SuperValidators who believed in Canton from day one, as well as those who joined more recently and are making a real difference every day. To the Foundation members who show up week after week to help govern the network openly, while also pushing progress in real time. To the community that has grown tremendously this year (special shoutout to the Turkey community, who message me every other day insisting I come to Istanbul). To the builders who spend their days learning what it means to build private dApps, pushing the boundaries, and giving us feedback on how to improve... thank you. To the partners who joined Canton this year: without your effort we wouldn’t be where we are today. And thank you to the partners about to join. A big thank you as well to the companies that have made their assets available on Canton. Your assets will drive network utility and there is so much more for us to do together. And I also want to thank the naysayers. Genuinely. You’ve helped raise awareness, and more importantly, helped the Foundation understand where communication can improve. I especially appreciate those who engaged constructively rather than hating for the sake of hating. It’s through these conversations that we learn, get better, and move closer toward what we all want to see: financial services on-chain. I’ll close with what I think we’ll see in 2026 (spoiler: no price predictions): 1. Privacy will continue to emerge as a must-have feature for institutional adoption. 2. Canton will hit burn–mint equilibrium. 3. More critical assets will become natively available on Canton. 4. Canton will play a critical role in on-chain derivatives trading. 5. We will see additional listings take place. 6. Trolls will continue to claim Canton is a centralized, permissioned chain. Thank you in advance 🙏 7. Most importantly, Utility On-Chain will become the core measure of a chain’s success. Utility with real longevity, regardless of market conditions (think collateral management vs. memecoin trading).
