11-5 at the PT, I don’t know the winrates yet but I suspect after 5-1 draft and 6-4 constructed my deck choice was average, most matchups felt bad
Played vs 3 gw landfall (bad) 3 prowess (even) 1 lessons (good) 2 spellementals (bad)

5-3 at the RC yesterday. Lost my win and in after an 0-2 start and a 5 match fightback.
Being 0-2 and playing like every game is your last makes you feel truly alive.
Anyway, I was on lessons and you should play Ral in the main.
(Standard is phenomenal at the moment)

If this had happened before geddon (like it happened with LOTR or Caverns of Ixalan) it would have been quite the spectacle

@THXrhys @GavinVerhey Please, don't ask for this unless the supply issue is proven to be catastrophic (if it is, I'll stand with you). It's really good that they found a way to sneak in some good commons for us after 1.5 years of draught, with no plans for a non-standard set in the future.

@superrojo2001 @AdamPalmgren98 @fireshoes @TooManyCooksMTG I wouldn't say excellent, since nova hellkite matches up quite well into our X/1s and they can neutralise the small flyers we deploy.
Dimir's advantage comes in the midgame turns where we can double spell and they can't

@AdamPalmgren98 @NoviceInspector @fireshoes @TooManyCooksMTG Cavern barely moves the needle (there aren't a lot of counters in this deck if you look at it) and Voice dies to all of the removal spells. Matchup should be excellent for Dimir.

@EmoJace @fireshoes @TooManyCooksMTG Unfortunately variance does happen, It's a big push/pull between needing lots of lands so we always curve out (you really want to hit your first 5 land drops) and then having enough utility lands that flooding out is not that bad haha.

@garou4life @fireshoes @TooManyCooksMTG Not currently, still in early testing since there are lots of ECL cards that are competing for slots (BBB, Glamer Gifter, Loch Mare are all interesting options in the 2 drop slot)
If I stick with Dimir for RC Turin then I'll probably write something up so watch this space!

@fab472 @fireshoes @TooManyCooksMTG I think we destroy spellementals, their deck is quite weak to threats + good interaction, and tidebinder does a number on them. You can often strand sunderflocks by removing or countering the crabs.

@ronkaries There are two ocelot pride promos for first. One foil and one with the store name. I got the foil since i wanted to sell, and the other player got the store name copy since they wanted to hold onto it.

@MikeITA99 @fireshoes @TooManyCooksMTG Im not sure yet. It was my final slot, and I wanted a creature that, in a situation where both sides have traded off resources, can represent a game-winning threat. Loch mare is the cheapest card that accomplishes this.

Took down a 10 person RCQ today in Scarborough for Prague qualification.
Played @jakoboffline Izzet lessons (with a surveil land instead of Agna Qel'a cos i forgot to buy one)
Deck is doing ridiculous things, like you're playing a different format to other decks.

I wrote the wrong mana dork on Giorgio's list, forgot to bring half of season's sideboard, and went 2-4 with my dear Rally, but these two corrected my mistakes and kept winning every match wtf. I need to up my saboteur game.
