Looking at the Deme situation... note that none of the big Vtubers said anything. Not to defend her or condemn her.
There is literally nothing. Complete silence from all of them.
But when the Sinder situation happened, literally everyone and their mother had something to say about it, condemning anything and everything she said, and all at the same time when it came to the big Vtubers.
Quite interseting, no? Almost like they don't know what the heck to do so they do nothing if they don't have a script or a plan to follow...

Why would anyone with 2 working braincells involve themselves in a situation that blew up because the person in question decided to respond with a personal attack against very mild criticism. And then chose to double, triple and quadruple down only digging themselves further down.
She could have called him a retard for not reading where she explained what she meant. She could have ignored him. She could have blocked him (he was not the first one to call her a hypocrite). Instead she decided to laugh because he got cheated on and his friends sided with the cheater. Which is extremely hypocritical of her to do when people were talking about what happened in her relationship some years back and she made a big deal about it. And it's not the first time she attacks another content creator.
Why would any big creator want to associate with her when she has flung shit at others in the past, is clearly in the wrong this time and only keeps throwing gas on herself?

I said what I said because I personally think there is no scenario that a friend group chooses the side of a fiancé that cheats. I can’t even fathom friends siding with a cheater.
However, would I have brought it up if I knew he was suicidal because of it? no. I admitted it in the previous tweets so why didn’t I apologize? “because he’s this and that and blah” but I thought about it and that kinda ideology is quite harmful. I knew it was wrong and I admitted that twice but I didn’t apologize
