660 gallons? Where the fuck did you get that number? A cow drinks at most like 30,000 in its LIFETIME we are slaughtering them BEFORE that. You can get about 1500 burgers out of 1 cow. Its like 20 gallons/burger and Im being SUPER gracious

I just got absolutely incredible news regarding a large amount of money that will help me get through college. I am so grateful that it went through.

@economicalcliff @AlfonzoSte87585 That was what I originally worked out. We calculated it to be about either 5 to 40 depending on the data regarding the slaughter period for the cow. 20 is pretty fair in all honesty.

@james35075 Cows eat grass. Sure you can do some fattening feed or whatever but their diet is primarily grass

@Novuum_ I forgot the water for the feed Thats probably a lot of gallons per lifetime but 800 parts so whatever

@james35075 Cows also live to be about 15 to 20 years but get slaughtered at 15 to 30 months (average about 2 years) so really they are only consuming about an 1/8 or so of 30,000. So about 4k- 5k, being conservative.

@Novuum_ you're killing them either way, these people are all doomed, the choice here is if YOU want to kill them now or if you want to double the amount of people (doubling the amount of deaths) and make other person choose

This is the same problem as the blue/red button discourse. The correct answer is to always double the amount. If everyone doubles it, nobody dies.
