The Czech Extraliga is one of the best team competitions in Europe, and it started on 29th November 2025. In this long event, the twelve strongest teams are competing and offering exciting, eye-catching matches. The 8th round is finished on the 22nd Feb, and @NovyBorChess is leading the league with 21 points. #chess #extraliga

We’ve finished the last double round of this year’s Extraliga season! From the weekend matches against Turnov, we took three points. A close loss to their A team on Saturday was at least partly balanced by a strong win over Turnov’s B team.

Another Extraliga weekend is behind us! ✅💪 We kicked off the new year with away matches in Frýdek-Místek and Ostrava. After a tense Saturday clash, we secured a 5.5:2.5 win and followed it up with another 5.5:2.5 victory on Sunday in Poruba.

‼️The organizers of the @PragueChess have just announced that the reigning World Champion @DGukesh will compete in the closed Masters tournament in Prague!

A tough weekend is behind us, both on the board and on the road. Even without our strongest lineup, we managed to take all the match points! #CzechExtraliga

We won the second round of the sachy.cz Extraliga as well! 💪We defeated Moravská Slavia Brno B 5:3 and we’re happy with how the weekend went! It was the first Extraliga match for Daniel Pražák. Another new member of our team is Štěpán Hrbek. Welcome!

We kicked off the new šachy.cz Extraliga season with a victory! 💛🖤 In the opening round, we defeated Moravská Slavia Brno A 5,5 : 2,5. Now our focus shifts to tomorrow’s Round 2. Keep your fingers crossed for us!🔥
