Almost exactly ten years ago, @RealAlexJones and I got into a huge fight on night of Trump's acceptancre speech at the RNC. Ten years later, he has come to our position and is calling for Trump's impeachment and using the 25th Amendment against him. This is not to rub it in, it's to say I'm glad there are patriots on both sides, who massively disagree on other issues, coming together to fight against the fraud Donald Trump, and more importantly, in favor of American sovereignty. We were not opposed to Trump because he was against the establishment. We have been standing a post against the establishment for over 24 years at @TheYoungTurks. It was because we knew Trump didn't mean it. He's a lifelong conman, who only cares about his own interests. He used America First as a gimmick, which is unforgivable. Now, he's selling all of us out to serve a foreign country and drag us into the exact endless wars in the Middle East he pretended to be against. Our only vital interest is getting the SOH open so oil can flow. This is what we need to focus on, not a formal deal or more bombing. We would have more leverage if we take away Iran’s ability to strike us—we do this by getting our troops / bases out of the region. We can then condition sanctions relief on opening the SOH. This incentivizes Iran to open the SOH. Also w/out us in the region Iran loses the justification for their aggression. If there was a military solution to this problem we would have executed it before the ceasefire or MOU was ever proposed. We got into both because the military options didn’t work. Resuming our bombing campaign in an effort to get a grand deal is a recipe for escalation or the same GWOT style self licking ice cream cone that got us into quagmires in the Middle East for decades.

FACT: Karmelo Anthony was found guilty of murder and sentenced to 35 years. FACT: The jury deliberated for less than 3 hours. FACT: There were zero Black jurors on this jury. FACT: The prosecution used peremptory strikes to remove 100% of eligible Black jurors while keeping a white educator after claiming they didn't want educators on the jury. FACT: Karmelo Anthony never stood up. The confrontation happened while he was seated. Austin Metcalf was standing over him. FACT: The jury had the option to choose manslaughter. They chose murder. FACT: The "sudden passion" defense which would have capped the sentence at 2 to 20 years was rejected. FACT: Karmelo Anthony's mother was the only witness called during the punishment phase. She asked for mercy. The prosecutor responded: "Mercy to the guilty is cruelty to the innocent." FACT: Karmelo Anthony will be eligible for parole after serving half his sentence, roughly 17.5 years. He is 19 years old. Now ask yourself, if the races and sizes were reversed, if Karmelo was 6'1" standing over a seated smaller white teenager who reached up with a knife, does this even go to trial?
