Manchester United loss is not a vindication of Ruben Amorim, far from it. This past 50+ days has been better than anything we had in the 14 months before it.
Squad still has issues, lacks depth top to bottom & still needs plenty of work. Look at the full backs, the left side of attack. That takes a summer transfer window to fix.
The club can have a bad loss & the baby & the bathwater don't need to be thrown out. Overreactions & tantrums don't have to be the norm. It is frustrating & that is ok.

I never hesitate to criticise officiating because the Premier League's is so badt & Peter Bankes stunk up St James Park tonight, but Manchester United were worse.
Dan Burn & Joelinton should've been sent off, but United should've beaten 10 men anyway. I like making fun of Newcastle but can't pretend they didn't deserve to win.

2026 FIFA World Cup will feature 3-minute hydration breaks occurring at the 22-minute mark of each half. For fairness, all games will have hydration breaks, regardless of temperature. Yes, this creates quarters…and in-game commercial breaks. Love it.

It's not a good penalty because he put it in the hardest place possible? That doesn't make any sense. Putting it in the hardest place possible with such brilliant technique is what makes it a good penalty. Stat/FPL nerds are determined to kill off any enjoyment of football.

Controversial opinion. This is NOT a good penalty. Hitting it into the top corner is the hardest place to put it and if you do this 100 times you will miss significantly more than if you just picked a corner and went there. Yes he scored this time but try that 100 times more and his miss percentage will be crazy high.

@NufcOverwatch Jeg skrev inn og ut om at Barcelona burde hente Isak da han spilte for Real Sociedad, ettersom jeg faktisk følger med på spansk fotball. At engelske eksperter stiller seg tvilende til utenlandsimporter er vel så text book som du får det.

Alexander Isak er topp 3 spisser i La Liga nå. Et godt alternativ til de klubbene som Haaland velger bort. Veldig allsidig type, god på det aller meste. Ganske sikker på at han er god nok for de største klubbene nå. Mitt andrevalg til Barça, "hvis" Haaland blir umulig å få tak i.
