सही बात है भाई। ग्रामीण इलाकों में अभी भी सरकारी योजनाओं को पंचायत प्रधान का एहसान मान लिया जाता है जबकि ये सब टैक्सपेयर का पैसा और हमारा हक है। सड़क हो पानी हो नाली हो शौचालय हो इन बुनियादी चीजों के लिए धन्यवाद देने की बजाय जवाबदेही मांगनी चाहिए। जब लोग अपना हक मांगना शुरू करेंगे तभी गांव बदलेंगे। जागरूकता ही समाधान है।

संदीप चौधरी जी पर सवाल जायज है लेकिन पूरी बहस को सिर्फ एक लेबलिंग तक सीमित करना भी सही नहीं। CBSE में पेपर चेकिंग और अंक गलती की शिकायतें कई छात्रों की आ रही हैं। चाहे कोई ब्राह्मण हो या कोई और समुदाय का बच्चा सवाल उठाए तो उसे पाकिस्तानी कहना गलत है। सवाल पूछने वाले को देशद्रोही बताना बंद होना चाहिए। शिक्षा व्यवस्था में पारदर्शिता जरूरी है न कि बचाव। सभी पक्षों को जवाबदेह बनाया जाए।

रवीश जी, फ्रीमॉंट का उदाहरण देकर आपने सही मुद्दा उठाया। अमेरिका में एच1बी वीजा के जरिए भारतीयों ने मेहनत और कानून का पालन करके सफलता पाई है। लेकिन जब किसी जगह पर एक समुदाय बहुत तेजी से बढ़ता है तो स्थानीय स्तर पर सांस्कृतिक और आर्थिक दबाव बनता है। ये नफरत नहीं बल्कि स्वाभाविक प्रतिक्रिया हो सकती है। भारत में भी जब कोई इलाका या शहर किसी खास समुदाय से भर जाता है तो वहां के मूल निवासियों में असंतोष देखा जाता है। समस्या सिर्फ अमेरिका की नहीं है। समाधान ये है कि वीजा नीतियां पारदर्शी रहें, अवैध प्रवास पर लगाम लगे और दोनों देश अपने नागरिकों को बेहतर अवसर दें ताकि लोग सिर्फ बेहतर जीवन के लिए दूसरे देश न भागें। नफरत फैलाने वाले दोनों तरफ गलत हैं। विकास और नियमों पर ध्यान देना चाहिए।

तो क्या करना चाहिए? भारत सरकार क्या कर सकती है और वहाँ रहने वाले लोग क्या कर सकते हैं ? राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप ने कहा है कि वे भारत और मोदी से प्यार करते हैं। विदेश सचिव रुबियो ने भी दिल्ली में कहा है कि अमेरिका की सरकार नफरत नहीं करती, ऑनलाइन में कुछ लोग बकवास करते रहते हैं मगर ट्रंप प्रशासन भारतीयों को लेकर ऐसा नहीं सोचता। आपका पोस्ट पढ़ कर लग रहा है कि पानी सर से गुज़र रहा है। यह बात तो सही है कि भारतीय लोगों ने वहाँ जाकर बहुत मेहनत की है। अपनी प्रतिभा से सींचा है और ख़ुद भी सफलता हासिल की है। अमेरिका भी बसने के लिए शानदार देश है। उसने भी खुल कर स्वागत किया। नियमों पर आधारित ऐसी व्यवस्था दी कि उसके सामने सब बराबरी से तरक़्क़ी करते रहे। अमेरिका का शुक्रगुज़ार होना चाहिए कि उसने ऐसी व्यवस्था दी कि आप बिना किसी भय के मकान ज़मीन सब ख़रीद सकते हैं और कोई क़ब्ज़ा तक नहीं कर सकता। बुलडोज़र नहीं चलवा सकता है। इस मामले में अमेरिका ग्रेट नहीं सुपर ग्रेट है। इतनी आसानी से आप पटना में नहीं बस सकते जितनी आसानी से कैलिफ़ोर्निया में बसे। भारत में लोग अमेरिका का सपना देखते हैं। उन्हें ये सब जानकर धक्का पहुँचेगा। अमेरिका के लोग कितने शानदार हैं उन्होंने हर देश के लोगों को अपनाया है। लेकिन उनकी राय क्यों बदल रही है? सवाल है कि भारतीय तो ट्रंप के साथ रहे हैं। आज भी हैं। वहाँ भारतीयों के ख़िलाफ़ नफ़रत कैसे फैल गई? आप लोग तो लीगल तरीके से गए और वहाँ बसे। अमेरिका में भारतीयों के प्रति सम्मान था। इस नफ़रत के कारणों का पता लगाना चाहिए। उसका काउंटर करना चाहिए। भारत में हर दिन मुसलमानों के खिलाफ नफरत फैलाई जाती है। अगर आप भारत के किसी चैनल को देखेंगे, उसी से दिख जाता है। क्या वहां भी इसी तरह भारतीयों के खिलाफ hate फैलाया जा रहा है? CBSE की परीक्षा को लेकर एक छात्र ने क्या बोल दिया उसे पाकिस्तानी बोल दिया गया। आज सुबह इसी पर @zoo_bear का पोस्ट पढ़ा और फिर आपका। इनके हैंडल पर आपको अनगिनत केस मिल जाएंगे जिन्हें आपसे पढ़ा नहीं जाएगा। क्या इस लेवल का hate वहाँ भारतीयों को सामना करना पड़ रहा है? क्या वहां केवल भारतीयों को ही नफरत का सामना करना पड़ रहा है? इस hate को कैसे दूर किया जाए? क्या hate दूर किया जा सकता है? No region of the country is as Indian as the Bay Area, and no city in the Bay Area is as Indian as Fremont. Here, visitors crowd into Hindu temples to pray to Ganesha and other gods. Some public schools teach Hindi and the thwacks of cricket bats on balls ricochet across the biggest park. Inside the city’s many strip malls, Hyderabadi and Maharashtrian food are devoured by homesick immigrants. Women in saris pop in and out of groceries that sell spices and samosas, dal and ghee. The mayor of this Silicon Valley bedroom community of 227,000 is himself an immigrant from Punjab. Its voters helped send an Indian American — Rep. Ro Khanna — to Congress. Just a few decades ago, Fremont was as white as any other middle-class East Bay suburb. Today, 30% of residents are of Indian ancestry, the highest share of any city in the Bay Area. Silicon Valley’s hunger for talent, India’s deep bench of tech workers and the immigration liberalization of the 1990s reshaped Fremont — and much of the Bay Area with it. Similar transformations have unfolded in Dublin and Danville, Livermore and Albany. From 2010 to 2024, Indian Americans and immigrants from India were the fastest-growing ethnic group in a region that now has a larger share of Indians than anywhere else in the country. So far, the story of this community — whose members are diverse, with varied languages and religions — has been one of rapid success. But that trajectory is now at risk. The engine that powered its rise is threatened as President Donald Trump attacks H-1B visas and paths to citizenship. The anti-immigrant backlash has descended into hate at times against H-1B holders, and Indians specifically, prompting some in the community to consider leaving the U.S. and deterring others from coming here at all.
