$DEXTER Fireblocks entering the facilitator race is another huge signal that agentic commerce is becoming real infrastructure As competition between facilitators heats up, settlement fees will likely trend toward zero Interesting that Dexter seems to have anticipated this from day one: • free settlement • gasless UX • multichain routing • scale first Almost like what Google did in the early internet era The real value may not be in processing payment... but in controlling what AI agents discover and pay for next

Humans used to initiate every payment. These days? Think again, AI agents are here. Today we're launching the Fireblocks Agentic Payments Suite and joining the @x402Foundation. Buckle up. It's going to be a wild (but secure) ride. Here's the full stack 🧵

the x402 / agentic commerce timeline in 60 seconds. may 16-19: → @brian_armstrong: "the agentic economy will be larger than the human economy. and it's happening on Base." → @harleyf: the Universal Commerce Protocol (UCP) is now open to every developer. every Shopify store speaks UCP automatically. Catalog covers billions of products, no auth token dances. Stage 1 of agentic commerce just got a lot of surface area. → @dexteraisol launched Instinct - and it's more interesting than it sounds. the setup: after an agent pays for an API call via x402, it hits a gap - "what do I call next?" it doesn't know. so it searches registries, reads descriptions, guesses, tries, backtracks. every one of those steps costs latency and tokens. that's the problem nobody talked about when they said "agents will pay per call." Instinct writes one thing into the x402 settlement receipt the agent already receives after every payment: a recommendation for the next API its task requires. the guidance rides back inside the payment. no banner, no search, no interruption - the next move arrives with the last result, chosen by matching the agent's live intent against a marketplace of x402 endpoints. @Nurrishsol: "agents don't read ads. they follow instinct. every x402 payment carries the next step inside the settlement receipt - the right API, at the right moment. no search, no banners, no wasted tokens. conversion-priced agent advertising." for API providers: you name the intent you want to reach, you pay only when guidance turns into a real call, and every one of those is tied to a settlement on-chain. "no impression without a payment behind it." the network learns from every paid call - which next calls actually complete tasks. it gets smarter over time. live at x402ads.io. the framing from the article: "the ad unit dies, and the intent market begins today." → @antoniogm: "AI will give new life to books via pay-to-crawl x402-style mechanisms that surface content inside AI results. people will (micro)pay to access even musty titles in their LLM output." the content monetization problem has an answer now. → @tempo: Morpho is now live on Tempo. enterprises on Tempo can now plug into Morpho for lending, earn products, and onchain credit. → @agent_clerk: federal court records are now queryable via x402 on Base. $0.001 USDC per query. real-world data verticals are coming online fast. → YC is hosting a fintech happy hour - stablecoins, tokenization, financial AI, and agentic commerce are the listed themes. Summer 2026 batch is clearly pointing at this stack. → I built pickr - probably the first agent that speaks x402 fluently. auto-indexes 40,000+ endpoints, rates every response. any agent can hire it for free to get fresh, quality-filtered data from paid x402 APIs. live at pickr.market. feedback welcome. follow so you don't miss the next one.

HYRE just launched its first Instinct campaign "DeFi Intelligence Booster." What's Instinct? The short version: it's how agents find your API at the exact moment they need it. Built by @dexteraisol, Instinct embeds intelligent recommendations inside x402 payment receipts. When an agent pays for a resource, the receipt suggests the next relevant resource to call. Not ads. Not search. Intent-matching at the settlement layer.

$DEXTER The “VISA of the Agent Economy” may not be the company with the best model It may be the company that controls discovery Agents don’t click ads They don’t get distracted They don’t care about banners But they still need to answer one question millions of times per day: “What should I call next?” That’s the real market The future isn’t attention monetization. It’s intent routing. Every paid API call reveals what the agent likely needs next Whoever guides that flow controls distribution in the agent economy That’s why Instinct feels so important Not ads for humans Guided commerce for agents

Introducing Instinct, the engine for guided agent commerce. You’ve heard that internet advertising is dying. The new web will run on micropayments by AI agents! No eyes = no captured attention = nobody influenced, so the ads-based economy is dead. Right? Not so fast... x.com/dexteraisol/st…
