Thanks to @NurveNetworks (author of several awesome 3D game programming books ), @tsoding's channel and some @pikuma's explanations I had started to understand how modern and fancy 3D libraries works. No use of OpenGL, DirectX neither Unity or Godot, just only C and SDL2.

@roman_aryal Well, do what you are doing. Learn, study, then you can apply at large companies, build your own products, sell on kickstarter, etc. You can get "gigs" on upwork to begin with, and so on. Small moves, build a career one step at a time. Think out of the box.
