I absolutely pigged out this Christmas. Tomorrow I’m up early and back to work. Pigging out occasionally only matters if you continue the habit and make it part of your average lifestyle. You’re still on track, just steer yourself in the right direction tomorrow.

I used to be a big fan of squats, bu I've completely swapped them out for the leg press in an effort to manage the fatigue and strain on the back. Not as fun, but it's what I need to do for the sake of progress.
