Yes I sit in squats every damn day its helped me a lot as well. Sitting into them as low as I can go. I naturally have a wider stance. I turn my toes out a bit too. I am rather a newbie to lifting but I am completely obsessed now. Only 3 years in but I can't wait to see what I can build going forward.

They say disruption of anything is what changes an industry which is true but #AI is about to change what it means to be a human being as a whole yet people are not thinking that deep yet. It’s far beyond SkyNet becoming true. IMO Covid was a test to see how compliant humans could be, and we failed. Most of the population complied without questioning what direction or narrative was being created around them. People just did what they were told for the sake of freedom and were emotionally led to slaughter. It was one of the most disturbing parts of my life I will never forget. Being ridiculed for not taking a #vaccine and told I was irresponsible and contributing to murder by not taking it changed the way I actually view people in general. I was extremely naive in my thinking. I don’t hate AI in fact I think it is an amazing marvel of creation that if used properly can be very beneficial to society. However I also worry that what it’s coming for humanity can and will be detrimental to the human psyche for those who walk with no true passion or purpose in their lives. I fear many may become lost. There are many who are still finding their way and this will make things a bit more challenging in nature for them. I don’t know if children of my own will be a reality but its future generations I think about most when I see all of this is unfolding and as quickly as it is. I was always one that thought children should learn the basics of knowledge as all should but my idea of educating children would be different as a parent than most even before AI was in the picture. I think children are naturally gifted in many ways but sadly are not allowed to fly, and their beautiful imaginations are cut short before they where ever allowed to flourish naturally like they should. Sadly their world is geared towards becoming workers in a cog wheel. Thats not a life thats a prison for a human soul. Pretty soon the human experience of #empathy, love and connection will be more important than we all realize. Something to ponder. This was a pretty amazing interview.
