Discussions were continued at dinner & followed by social programme at the Aurora Hut - the winning team of the Winter Olympics was determined by seeing who could light a campfire the fastest! We then cooked some (veggie) sausages over the fire under a star-filled sky 🌠🌭

And other set of snap poster presentations, followed by vibrant discussions in the poster session itself, wrapping up yet another fabulous day at the Nutrition Winter School #NWS2023

Day 3 in Saariselkä was action-packed! We thought about a vast range of topics in our sessions. The gut as a neurological organ: is it the 2nd or 1st brain? & the gut as a microbe incubator - what is the clinical significance of intestinal microbes? #NWS2023

@NutritionWinter School ended with a traditional dinner tasting Finnish flavors accompanied by native Sami songs ✨ We are so happy we represented @NgbiGutBrain group and experienced the magic of #Science with everyone! Hope to see you all again to the next #NWS 🤩🤓✨
