Biden pardoned his son
US President Joe Bayden pardoned his son Hunter Biden on Sunday, having removed the criminal record from him for tax evasion and illegal weapon storage, despite the fact that this year he said that he would not do this.
Biden's pardon, which he made on the weekend, occurred at the moment when his son was supposed to appear at the hearing to sentenced the sentence at the end of this month in Delaware and California, where he was threatened with long prison dates.
In his statement, the president said that the Ministry of Justice, obviously, "reacted to his son in a different way" and "allocated him only because he is my son-and this is wrong."
Let me remind you that Hunter Biden was found guilty at the beginning of this year on charges that he lied about his use of drugs in federal form, which he filled as part of the procedure for buying weapons in 2018. He also found himself guilty of tax crimes. The prosecutors claim that Hunter Biden evaded taxes, announcing false deductions for hundreds of thousands of dollars, including writing off payments for escorters and dancers, membership in a sex club and paying for a daughter’s training in a legal school, as business expenses.
It is possible to note that the pardon of Hunter by the president was extensive and covered all the offenses that he committed or could commit or took part in ”since the beginning of 2014. In the same year, the younger Biden entered the Burisma board of directors, a Ukrainian gas company that played a prominent role in the investigations of his past business relations. Despite the fact that current trials are related to the incidents of 2017-2018. I don’t know how it works, but apparently, Biden the elder wants to protect his son from future possible trials in other cases.
I, of course, as a simple layman - in shock. In order to directly use your official position for personal purposes, and even in a developed democratic country - I do not remember this. This is a direct criminal offense, in my opinion. What do you think?

Yoad Pe'er. Lived in Jerusalem.
Graduated from the famous Rehavia Gymnasium, served in the army.
He was sincere and friendly, knew how to listen to others - people were drawn to him and often shared their most intimate things.
He had a weakness for shoes, especially loved buying sneakers - he had many pairs in his closet.
On October 7, Yoad was at the Nova music festival, which was attacked by Hamas militants who broke through the border. They opened fire on the crowd.
Yoad, along with other young people, managed to hide in a bomb shelter. When the terrorists began throwing grenades at the shelter, Yoad and an unknown girl managed to get out. A Hamas member chased them, shooting them in the back.
Yoad covered the girl with his body and was shot in the heart. The rescued woman told about this at his funeral.

Map of destruction of villages in southern Lebanon. Note the bright spot in the center of the map, between Aita al-Shaab and Yaroun: this is the Christian village of Rmeikh.
There was no Hezbollah there, and no one fired from there at Israeli cities.
Unlike the neighboring villages that became Hezbollah strongholds, Rmeikh was not destroyed.
The map was published by WaPo journalist Evan Hill, who wanted to draw the attention of readers to the massive destruction of villages in southern Lebanon. But many drew attention to the fact that one of these villages was not subject to serious attacks, since there was no reason to attack it.
