It’s wildly dumb that we keep talking about the “cost” of climate action when:
1) most of those costs are actually investments
2) the cost of inaction is astronomically more
3) our civilization is at stake

Our leaders say nice words about climate action, but they cannot bring themselves to do the one thing that actually matters: scale down fossil fuel production. On the contrary, production is projected to *increase* in the coming decades. theguardian.com/environment/20…
