Pages of the Glorius Qur'ān today, Friday 22/5/26, Sūrah al-Mā'idah (5): 65-77, tafakkur verse 5: 75-76
Theme: The Humanity of Jesus and the Oneness of Allāh
{مَّا ٱلۡمَسِیحُ ٱبۡنُ مَرۡیَمَ إِلَّا رَسُولࣱ قَدۡ خَلَتۡ مِن قَبۡلِهِ ٱلرُّسُلُ وَأُمُّهُۥ صِدِّیقَةࣱۖ كَانَا یَأۡكُلَانِ ٱلطَّعَامَۗ ٱنظُرۡ كَیۡفَ نُبَیِّنُ لَهُمُ ٱلۡـَٔایَـٰتِ ثُمَّ ٱنظُرۡ أَنَّىٰ یُؤۡفَكُونَ (75) قُلۡ أَتَعۡبُدُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ مَا لَا یَمۡلِكُ لَكُمۡ ضَرࣰّا وَلَا نَفۡعࣰاۚ وَٱللَّهُ هُوَ ٱلسَّمِیعُ ٱلۡعَلِیمُ (76)}
"The Messiah, son of Mary, was not but a messenger; [other] messengers have passed on before him. And his mother was a supporter of truth. They both used to eat food. Look how We make clear to them the signs; then look how they are deluded.
Say, Do you worship besides Allāh that which holds for you no [power of] harm or benefit while it is Allāh who is the Hearing, the Knowing?".
LESSONS:
1. Jesus, son of Mary, عليه السلام, was a noble messenger of Allāh, not God or the son of God.
2. Mary (AS), was a truthful, righteous and honoured woman, but she was not divine.
3. The fact that both Jesus and Mary ate food shows their human nature and dependence on Allāh.
4. True worship belongs only to Allāh, because He alone controls harm, benefit, life and death.
5. A person may see clear signs and still be misled if pride, inherited beliefs, or blind imitation blocks the heart.
O Allāh, keep us firm upon Tawḥīd, protect our hearts from misguidance, and make us among those who worship You alone with sincerity, knowledge and humility. Āmīn.

DHUL HIJJA 01: A DAY IN HISTORY
Did you know that on the first day of Dhul Hijjah in the second year of the Hijra, a union took place that would shape the spiritual map of the world?
This was the day Ali ibn Abi Talib and Fatima, the daughter of the Prophet (peace be upon him), were married. Al-Muhib al-Tabari, in his work Dhakha'ir al-Uqba, mentioned that this was a marriage decreed in the heavens before it happened on earth.
If we look at the records in Al-Isabah fi Tamyiz al-Sahabah by Ibn Hajar al-Asqalani, we will see the reality of how they started. It was not about gold or status. For Ali, he had to sell his shield, known as Al-Hutamiya, to get the few dirhams needed for a dowry.
Ibn Hajar recorded that the Prophet (peace be upon him) used that money to buy essentials for their room, such as a leather cushion filled with palm fiber and two jars of water.
The historian Al-Tabari, in his Tarikh, also noted the timing of this event, placing it at the very start of this holy month. It is a lesson for us today. It shows that the most blessed house in history was built on something deeper than what we usually chase.
From this one day, we got the lineage of the Prophet through Hasan and Husayn, and a legacy of leadership and patience that still guides the Ummah. We are starting these ten days by remembering a family that chose the hereafter over the world.
That is a foundation worth thinking and talking about.
May the Almighty accept our Ibadah 🙏

Academically, what you see can be deceiving.
The skimming is just to review what he learned when you aren't watching.
Wittig Lyon@ibn_wittig
Nonchalant First Class students are scary My friend will spend the whole semester playing ball, partying, touching no book… then 3 days to exam he skims through some books and boom 5.0. Engineering student o.

There’s no witchcraft here bro, you did the wrong thing by taking the trade there.
You should have waited for the price to break the ICT level that is holding above the equilibrium price.
Your stop loss should have been around the candle SCOB high to avoid the liquidity sweep out that you got.
This way, the price would have enough space to breathe.
The BBC level below for your target because it’s a protected low, which means price can’t go below it.
Shalom.

It's a thing of sorrow that if you were not influential on X your money would have gone for vanishing!

@iamdakejr @EdwardXLreal They paid because of Dake's influence. Imagine the damages his influence would cause if they don't pay him. Imagine traders with no influence, una go suffer.

@GoatFunded @EdwardXLreal i don't want to believe that the second trader did not receive a response because he does not have influence and reach

@AkpanYahay65990 @lorddrey And you're part of the low IQ people in Naija. What have you fought for in this country?

Nigerians are very docile people. Airtel has a national network issue. Nobody complains, people experience fraudulent data consumption across service providers, Nobody takes action, no protests, no form of demand for better service, nothing at all.
What they do is switch to MTN. If MTN does not work they switch to Glo, if all of them don't work for them they switch to Starlink.
No demand for justice, no demand for accountability, just spineless complaints. When you try to take action the idiots will advise you to buy Starlink.
And then I took an action by calling out Airtel on my platform, Airtel reached out and decided to troubleshoot my area's network. I agreed with Airtel, let's try that even though I don't believe that can solve the problem.
But let's try something and see, if that solves the problem in my area we push forward and demand that it be enforced nationwide.
People start complaining that I am only concerned about myself, people who have taken no action before.
Others started scaring me. They are going to arrest you, instead of showing solidarity with me and standing up for me against a national problem and encouraging me, they start asking me to dock that the company will oppress me.
What is wrong with Nigerians?
Are you people cursed?
Can you people not stand up for once and achieve a common goal?
This is why you can't buy sardines anymore. In other countries when you increase the prices of basic products the people protest and try to kick the company out of their country.
This is why you buy iPhones at an extra cost. Every increment in the prices of products you see as an opportunity to exhibit class against your fellow citizens.
"I am better than you." "I am richer than you that is why I can afford it."
Are you people stupid?
Why are you so afraid of speaking out and suffering oppression?
What exactly is wrong with Nigerians?
