Local surgery closed its doors to walk in patients, they are directing anyone who wants to order repeat prescriptions to walk into pharmacy for them to request as they can’t risk spread and won’t take requests over the phone. Someone hasn’t quite thought that one through

@OBPharmGroup The one at Broadway medical. It used to be fabulous service and then 2 weeks ago a guy started working there, the ladies all but seem to have disappeared and the service has gone downhill rapidly

@OBPharmGroup You really need to work on staffing, the last 3 occasions I have been in the queue has been horrendous, with an average wait time hitting 12 minutes and rising!!
