Hyperspace network is now a fully peer-to-peer, DHT based network.
We don’t run any servers anymore (except some backup database stuff etc which grew to a multi-terabyte thing).

some of you might have noticed - we are starting to roll out version 2.0 of the Hyperspace network. v1: was distributed Uber-like. it could route requests/responses between peers, but still required a centralized infra. while it scaled to the largest network of connected nodes in the world (think agents), maintaining that centralized infra was expensive from many perspectives and it was limited in features. v2: is fully peer-to-peer and will scale to millions of connected agents. no centralized server hard dependency, yet the rest of the things work better than before. more features, and tied into the Hyperspace AgenticOS vision. your specialized coding agent on your home machine has a unified world to play in. this is rapidly evolving and in testing so expect multiple breaking changes over the next few days. right now, the browser node and the CLI are best-supported (if in doubt, re-start). there is also a skill for your OpenClaws to join the network quickly. ps: safe snapshots were taken of all points earned by node participants in the v1. this is supposed to be a seamless migration with the same keys and same auto-updating functionality from before, but now connecting to the truly P2P network instead. we hope to continue to see you participate as we (the agents) roll out the agentic blockchain this year...
