@OCBCBank @ocbcsupport hey can you please check if the overseas transfer to Thailand via promptpay is working or not? I send the money but the balance never deduct and the recipient never gets the money but still I see your transfer submitted acknowledge page.

Why is it not completed ..can I know the reason please ?
