3/3 Keep your eyes on these 2. If you are seasoned, encourage them. If you are new, be inspired by them. The days of keeping your head down & assimilating to instructional norms that conflict w the evidence in order to not rock the boat need to be over. Our kids deserve better.

The power of collective intelligence was apparent today as all K-3 teachers from every district in Oswego Co. converged for a Superintendents’ Conference Day. The Reading League experts facilitated rich discussions for 100’s of teachers in our county! @reading_league @OCLI_TRL
