Today, OCPL planted about 1500 trees at Manoharpur Coal Mines under campaign "EK PED MAA KE NAAM 2.0" . OCPL will create awareness among villagers and handover 2500 saplings to the different villages.

Manoharpur Coal Mine of OCPL has been awarded with 5-Star rating by Ministry of Coal,GoI, for the fourth time in a row. It is an unique recognition for our efficient, effective, environment friendly and sustainable Coal mining practices implemented in our Manoharpur Coal Mine.

In the AMSF 24-25 competitions conducted by DGMS & MCL among all coal mines of the state, OCPL has won 10nos prizes, in all spectrums of the competition. OCPL has also won the best Mines award(Overall first prize). This is the best performance of OCPL since the inception.

OCPL celebrated the 10th Foundation day today. A blood donation camp was organised at Manoharpur where 81 OCPLites donated Blood. Massive plantation drive started from today and will continue for a week.

Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the year 2024-25 was signed today, between OCPL and Energy dept. Govt. of Odisha. Sri Sambit Parija, Special Secretary & FA, Energy Dept. Govt. of Odisha and Sri Sariputta Mishra, Director & CEO,OCPL, signed this MoU.
