Hey @OC_TranspoHelps tapped into Limebank at 16:46 and now just leaving at 17:36. Service on line 2 today is unacceptable. Very little comms other than the operator. Cc #ottnews @CBCOttawa

@asavard1 @OC_TranspoHelps Same and had some recent. “Updates” from the Operator. apparently there’s a Bus Bridge in place between South Keys and Bayview with trains operating in two loops (Bayview -> Dows Lake and Mooneys bay and Limebank”

@OC_TranspoHelps These delays are extreme. Been sitting on a train at Limebank for 24 minutes now waiting to leave.

@billymorrisonca @ottawacity @OC_Transpo Thank you for posting and the follow up. I saw this a day earlier and went looking for a Transit official at Lees or Ottawa U. Didn't find anyone. Finally reported it to a police officer at the corner of Somerset & Elgin. What does it take, shameful.

Update 2: When I finally reached an @ottawacity agent on Friday May 1 @ 12:30pm, they said my clean-up request was marked “URGENT”. It’s now 8:06pm on Sunday, May 3. The dangerous needles are STILL there & now, scattered widely across the busy path-an even BIGGER risk. Do better!

It seems @OC_TranspoHelps quietly reopened the public washrooms on line 1 with the addition of safe needle drop boxes. Just a suggestion for the one at Tunneys & possibly Blair. One should be located in each stall (for those who want privacy )

@OC_TranspoHelps In my household, some cards display the May pass, others only the April one. Anyhow, 🤞crossed for the morning commute.

@OC_TranspoHelps presto made some updates, and the last 2 days (at least) they have had a glitch, and the May pass is not pushed to presto cards for some people. Are you aware of this? Some of us may have trouble boarding in the morning.
