@My_Metro Hi, I haven't heard anything back? @My_Metro I also had my appeal closed last week and was told if I don't pay in 21 days the fare would increase. Why has it increased when the 21 day period hasn't happened?

@My_Metro it was a member of your team who said my appeal would be approved when I proved payment for a ticket yet the penalty services company has rejected it. That is your responsibility, no?

@My_Metro have rejected my appeal for a fine due to not having my ticket on me as a friend had it for safekeeping after my bag was stolen, and mistakenly came home at different times. Yet have spelt my name wrong consistently after correcting them on multiple occasions, ironic?

@virginmedia I have just had the worst experience trying to close my account with Virgin. I was on hold for 1 hour and then back and forth on whatsapp for 8 hours, being redirected 8 times. I now have to pay a fee to end a contract which started in 2018!?!
