Tentacles Butcher is probably stronger overall.
Laser Butcher had raw power and could spam heat vision like Homelander, but it was temporary V strength and mostly just brute force.
Tentacles Butcher felt way more dangerous because the parasite powers were unpredictable, brutal, and kept evolving. Bro was casually tearing people apart, tanking damage, and fighting like a horror monster. He also seemed less limited physically than Laser Butcher.
