@ArvindSahani52 @FundedNext Mmm, let’s say a man is charged and convicted for 20 years for a crime he committed in 2020, and in 2024 there’s a new president and he reinstates the law of the crime committed and it’s no longer a crime under the law of his land, will the convicted criminal still serve time ?

A few weeks ago I lost my @FundedNext acc because of the 70% margin rule. But today, FundedNext suddenly removed the rule and lifted restrictions on accounts of those who are affected. Except for those whose accounts were fully deactivated like mine.

@thissdax Isn’t it fair to reinstate the deactivated accounts under this rule ? @FundedNext The deactivated accounts should be treated equally.

All I’m saying is that, if people that are affected by this got released of their restrictions, we that ours got deactivated should be reinstated back. Now that would be fair for everyone. Please @FundedNext look into this and give us a reply. Thank you

Quick one, Fundednext just removed the 70% margin rule from Stellar Funded Accounts. What that rule was: using 70%+ of your margin across open positions (even with solid risk management) could get flagged as “excessive” and cost you your reward. It’s gone now, more room to trade your style🫶

Effective immediately, the 70% Margin Rule is completely removed across all existing and new FundedNext Accounts. The Margin Usage Card has been removed from your dashboard. Existing Accounts with 70% Margin Violations: - All violations and warnings from the current cycle have been cleared from your account. - Any profit you earn stays yours, no deductions will be applied. Existing Accounts with 1% risk and 30% margin: - Current-cycle 30% margin penalties have been reversed. - No profit deductions from 30% Margin violations. - Continue to maintain with 1% risk only. 📌 No Margin Reduction after 2nd violations in 3% risk. The 3% Risk Limit remains active and continues to be a core part of our risk framework.
