Today we welcomed 95 middle schoolers to Honor Band with clinician Dr. Barry Kopetz. It was a great day!

This includes MIDDLE SCHOOL BAND and MIDDLE SCHOOL CHOIR too!

Your D7 leadership team had a productive trip to Westerville for the state board meeting. Be sure to register on the new OMEA website to get updates this week on some positive changes happening in the coming years!

Another wonderful OMEA Professional Development Conference has come to a close! I had an amazing time and have even more tools in my toolbox to bring back home to my students! I also had the opportunity to preside over a session for one of my music ed idols, Dr. Missy Strong!

Huge congratulations to the students of @WestGeaugaBand for representing Ohio and the United States as the closing band for the 2023 London New Years Parade! The band received a lot of coverage and their attention to detail was very clear. Way to go, West G! 🇬🇧
