🚨 Skandaliczny wyrok❗ Trybunał Sprawiedliwości UE uznał, że ograniczanie dzieciom treści promujących LGBT jest... niezgodne z prawem unijnym❗🤯 Proszę o podawanie dalej, bo tak bezczelnej ingerencji ze strony UE jeszcze nie było! Rząd Węgier wprowadził kilka lat temu ustawę o ochronie rodziny ograniczającą propagandę LGBT wśród dzieci, popularyzowanie zmiany płci i odejścia od tożsamości właściwej dla płci urodzenia. Komisja Europejska von der Leyen zaskarżyła przepisy do TSUE, który teraz uznał je za "naruszenie wartości UE" 🙃 Wprost zaznaczono, że "Węgry nie mogą skutecznie powoływać się na swoją tożsamość narodową w celu uzasadnienia przyjęcia ustawy naruszającej wyżej wymienione wartości”. Innymi słowy dla eurokratów wartością jest wciskanie najmłodszym lewicowej indoktrynacji i propagandy LGBT i uznali je sobie teraz za obowiązujące prawo unijne! Na jakiej podstawie wydano taki wyrok? Otóż na wydumanej! Trybunał Sprawiedliwości pierwszy raz w historii uznał, że państwo członkowskie naruszyło art. 2 Traktatu o UE, wymieniającego OGÓLNE wartości, na których opiera się Unia Europejska, a brzmi on: „Unia opiera się na wartościach poszanowania godności osoby ludzkiej, wolności, demokracji, równości, państwa prawnego, jak również poszanowania praw człowieka, w tym praw osób należących do mniejszości. Wartości te są wspólne państwom członkowskim w społeczeństwie opartym na pluralizmie, niedyskryminacji, tolerancji, sprawiedliwości, solidarności oraz na równości kobiet i mężczyzn”. Gdzie tu jest mowa o tym, że treści promujące homoseksualizm, zmianę płci, czy odchodzenie od tożsamości właściwej dla płci urodzenia nie mogą być ograniczane dla dzieci? Nigdzie. To jest kompletna nadinterpretacja art.2 ze strony TSUE i ewidentne wykroczenie poza zapisy Traktatu! Krótko mówiąc - Unijny trybunał wydał skandaliczny wyrok skrajnie daleko wykraczający poza całkowicie ogólne zapisy i uznał sobie, że państwa UE nie mają prawa ograniczać lewicowych treści dzieciom. Ale to nie wszystko. Dalsze konsekwencje tego wyroku są takie, że lewicowe organizacje już domagają się zmiany konstytucji Węgier, by skończyć z ochroną małżeństwa jako związku kobiety i mężczyzny i umożliwić zawieranie tzw. małżeństw jednopłciowych, a dalej adopcji dzieci przez takie pary. To będzie ogromny test dla przyszłego, nowego premiera Węgier, Petera Magyara, czy ulegnie dyktatowi UE, czy stanie w obronie suwerenności i tradycyjnych wartości. Społeczeństwo węgierskie jest na tyle konserwatywne, że mam nadzieję, iż się temu wyrokowi nie podda. Jedno jest dla mnie oczywiste - ten wyrok nigdy, przenigdy nie powinien być uznany przez jakikolwiek suwerenny rząd. Fanatykom z UE najbardziej zależy, by to dzieci były indoktrynowane lewicową agendą, zwalczającą rodzinę i tradycyjne wartości. Dlatego to właśnie najmłodsi powinni być przez nas szczególnie chronieni! Tej zgrai unijnych pseudoelit mówię wprost - ręce precz od naszych dzieci! 🇵🇱

The new EU court judgment states that the Hungarian law restricts the everyday life of LGBTQ people and violates the EU internal market rules. Meanwhile, according to the EU treaties (TFEU), member states have autonomy in both education policy and family policy. According to Article 14(3) of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights: “According to Article 14(3) of the Charter of Fundamental Rights, the right of parents to ensure the upbringing and teaching of their children in accordance with their religious, philosophical and pedagogical convictions shall be respected.” The corrupt EU court is completely ideologically motivated.
