For clarity, finding out you cannot clear water from your drivers side window while going 70mph on a busy highway is incredibly dangerous. This needs to be made right.
@Avis gave me a vehicle with a missing wiper blade which I only discovered while driving on the highway when it started raining. Then, your customer service rep deliberately sat on silent for 20 minutes before hanging up on me. Unacceptable, awful company.
