Problem is Volts 4th uses fake Electricity instead of the actual status, 13 year old decision.
I did look into changing it a few years ago, but couldn't match the exact behavior of the fake version with real ones, and some of the changes could be seen as nerfs, so left it alone.

@PabloMakes Hi Pablo, I've been thinking that Volt's skills have never triggered the ELECTRICITY anomaly state. Since Vauban and Gyre can both achieve this through their skills, shouldn't Volt be the same?
