A teen athlete needs about 3,000 calories per day depending on several factors such as age, gender, body size, training intensity, duration & frequency.
Teen athletes need two breakfasts + multiple snacks. Teen athletes need MORE food + fuel than their non-active counterparts.

Very proud of the Lady Cane tonight in their win over Batavia by a score of 45-36. It came off a great 2 days of practice with great effort and #ATTITUDE Great job ladies. Keep focusing on the positive and not the negative.
