If you could reply to either of those emails with more information then we can hopefully solve this issue for you.

No chance in hell I'll be sending a parcel or recommending the services from @OOHPod or @UPS_Ireland EVER again. 2 weeks trying to get any information of where my parcel ended up from the most unhelpful and unprepared team of UPS customer service agents.

A book I ordered weeks ago has finally been delivered, left on the ground in the front garden in a downpour. It was soaking wet, a mess. A top that my wife ordered, also delivered but left out on the ground in the rain last week. Has anyone else had this experience?

Have you had online orders left on your doorstep open to the elements and to anyone who might want to thieve them? And have you noticed the practice increasing in recent times?

@OOHPod DPD are saying they've made 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver to the Tesco Celbridge locker. This is unacceptable and clearly a flaw in your service.

@OOHPod Another failed delivery attempt at the Tesco Celbridge locker, this is the 4th failure in 6 weeks. The locker appears to be working so this seems be because the locker is full when the carrier attempts to deliver. Needs a redirect option or a 2nd delivery attempt.

@OOHPod hello I’ve received a notification saying my package was handed into the office but I haven’t received a code for my locker yet and I can’t go to the store as I work late shifts which is the reason I’m using parcel lockers as there’s no one home during the day.

I couldn't believe how @UPS delivered my @BoseUK parcels to Postal Store, instead of @OOHPod even though my oohpod address was clearly given on the parcel. I had to contact Postal Store to make them understand wht was happened & to my luck finally got it. Very Disappointing @UPS
