@MOPSCampaign What is “London Affordable Rent” which the Matalan developer refers to in its viability assessment? Isn’t that rent more than Council/social housing rent? Does the GLA explain how it subsidizes rents in new housing schemes?

Correction: there looks like being some social housing but that it won't be at social rent but at something called London affordable rent
