The Chiefs hit big on Jaylen Watson in the 7th, L’Jarius Sneed in the 4th and undrafted Charvarius Ward via lowball trade. Now 3rd rounder Nohl Williams looks like their next stud CB. Even Joshua Williams was a solid hit. There’s no reason to pivot away from what’s working and draft corners early — unless somebody slides and the value is so insane they simply cannot pass.

Every person who has an issue with how close a lower seed is to their home city needs to show me exactly how they’d assign 64 teams to eight venues.
Keep in mind, there are rules about who can play who in the first two rounds. Missouri caught a break, no doubt, but this stuff happens every year. Cal Baptist is playing Kansas 90 minutes from home.
