@stormyrite Just go whenever you wake up. You dont necessary need food before you go gym, more important to get protein after. (But carbs before workout will ofc give you a bit more energy). Then you can grind the rest of the day, and still make food like you usually do. (Tips from a PT)

is it me or i feel like its impossible to go to the gym 3 times a week and grind enough fortnite, if i wake up early for the gym i might feel sleepy/tired mid tournaments, if i go mid-day i'll play max 1-1.5 hour before because i need to cook food, shower etc, any tips?

@Jur3ky and also if you don’t have any sort of degree in sports, sport science, personal trainer etc. I will say that you are the same as a “influencer with no knowledge” as you basically say.

@Jur3ky Don’t think the majority of people responding to that tweet meant your calories exactly. Like it’s different for every1. Someone likes doing aggressive cuts and some like to do more of a slow consistent one. At the end it all comes down to the persona goals.

All the dumb people in the reply talking about calories without knowing my activity levels then and now are the exact reason you should stop listening to mainstream advice from influencers and PhD with no knowledge in the science of hypertrophy and consider getting my coaching
Jur3ky@Jur3ky

I’m eating 2.6-2.7k calories a day losing 1.2-1.5kg a week… I was on 1.800 5-6 months ago barely scraping 0.5kg loss a week, crazy how fake and missinformed the whole fitness industry is. I consumed their content thinking that suffering is the way to go, boy was i wrong.

@Jur3ky 100% agree with you that it’s better to up the calories and do a longer cut. Also been proved in studies as well. Keep up the good work, nice to see you doing great in fitness🤩

@Jur3ky Completely agree with a lot of what you are saying here, but a aggressive mini cut will make u loose weight and reduce your overall fat% in a short period of time, if you do it correctly. Also it’s way better to do a “normal” cut in a longer period of time to keep most of muscle
