@julieshi_eth @64bits_eth @FlamingleLabs 1. No matter what, why did you claim my shares do not have legal validity 2. That was a generously LOW rate, as a gesture of my respect... 3. I also paid everything for the project.

@ORG3_ETH As for this, I meant the company (I also pay for everything for establishing the company) had no external investors with no valuation. In our discussion of splitting up, @64bits_eth asked me to pay him a lot up front plus our cofounded project @FlamingleLabs in exchange for org3.

@julieshi_eth 1. You stalled me for 2 months and you call this "in negotiation" 2. You block me out of github, figma, notion when "in negotiation" (created new private repo) 3. This is not defamation, I am only stating facts. I have proofs of everything I said

@ORG3_ETH Finally, although we were still in negotiation in a private space, you suddenly took away both Twitter accounts we shared and started spreading out defamation is very unprofessional and unethical. I had several long hours of calls with you trying to solve the problem.

@julieshi_eth I did not sleep and wrote code until 8am while you were asleep I wrote code up until 5am in our daily prod I respect that your idea that u want to split up, but you stalled me for months and do not agree the legal validity of my stock shares

@ORG3_ETH I don't think your part-time contribution, such as not showing up at the ETHDenver Final presentation (you went back to LA a while ago) matches up to what you are asking. And unequal commitment is one of the key reasons we are parting ways.

@ORG3_ETH I didn't say this had no legal validity. What I meant is the company had very little value without external funding. We also agreed on a vesting period with a 1-year cliff. This is a company without valuation but your ask is cash upfront and 100% of @FlamingleLabs

@ORG3_ETH 3. Since you are not further contributing to the team anymore, I don't think there is a point to schedule a meeting with you. 4. I deposited my money 1ETH into this gnosis safe a while ago. Since we are not collaborating anymore, ofc I take it out. This is for Mainnet deployment

@ORG3_ETH 1. U r not blocked from GitHub. Even today u should have access to the repo. U stopped contributing for a long time ago. That’s why we created new GitHub repo for active contributors. 2. It happens after u stole twitter accounts.
