@theRCOT The enforced choice of union is problematic. Member should a) have a choice of union contracted out based on values and b) have the opportunity to be a RCOT member at reduced cost without union membership.

Key message: Occupational Therapists can significantly improve patient outcomes when working with them earlier and within the community. Next steps = look at improving lives, saving money approach. OT’s are key leaders in service developments and QI projects. We have the skills to make meaningful change at all levels.
