The ad hoc Committee on Legal Affairs and International Cooperation held its 8th session from 2 to 4 December 2025 in Berne at OTIF'sheadquarters. 🏢 Among other topics the Committee examined the movement of empty wagons and liability for damage caused by a vehicle.

Today, the Algerian Minister of Transport @DesTransports , Mr. Saïd Sayoud, welcomed the Secretary General of OTIF, Mr. Aleksandr Kuzmenko, for a highly constructive meeting. Discussions focused in particular on advancing technical interoperability in railway across the region.
