After two and a half years, my time with @CygnetGroup has officially come to an end. I am enormously grateful for the opportunities I have had and for the experience I have gained during this time. I am truly excited to see what's next!

They were able to experience the power of focusing on the Occupational Performance area of social participation, interacting with others and creating a sense of cohesion. They were also able to gain theoretical knowledge of the model.

Thread Today I had the opportunity to deliver Experiential Group Therapy training to Occupational Therapy team members from various @CygnetGroup services in Yorkshire. The training provided those who attended with the opportunity to experience Group Therapy as a participant.

It's #WorldOTDay and the theme this year is "Unity through Community" For those who don't know what I do, I am an Occupational Therapist. I spend my days promoting the health and wellbeing of others through "Occupation".
