Eight months ago, Drake educated the audience on the “first responders” in the media and their campaign strategy for his upcoming album ICEMAN. We are witnessing it unfold exactly as he described.

They didn’t envision a reality where the plan would fail. If you ask them, there shouldn’t even be an album. He was supposed to become a social outcast, hide from the public indefinitely, or k-ll himself. They weren’t expecting his fans to come to his defense and push back against the narratives. Now they monitor the fans just as closely as they monitor him. If you knew some of the people monitoring this account alone, you wouldn’t believe it. They’re executives and high-profile names you’d think would be far removed from all this.

@jniz4president 🎯 The most telling thing about this is that when Drake said this, no one in media denied it. The image of it sounds so funny. A room of elitist dweebs who pride themselves on being contrarians and think they’re music aficionados because they dislike all things mainstream.

The joke is on them. We live in the digital age, and the receipts for all their disgusting, hateful conduct over the past two years are available for anyone to share. This is why Jay-Z and his bootlickers have been pushing the ‘stans are bad’ narrative. The ‘stans’ are the ones who will remind them of their actions.

I felt like all the guys like Ebro and Joe Budden in a sense “apologizing” ahead of the release is completely disingenuous. Even Jay-Z. They’re preemptively in a fake way declaring with words, that they have no problem. So when he attacks them, it’s Drake doing too much. In spite of their actions, narratives and behind the scene dealings for two years. They still feel the same, they’re just setting up a victim narrative.

@BigVibezrnn @osiris069 @drizzyvalentino It didn’t prove anything. The class action claims were dismissed with prejudice effectively ending this as a class-action lawsuit. The plaintiff didn’t have the right to sue Spotify in the first place, based on the agreement signed when they signed up for Spotify’s services.

📣 Update: A November 2025 class-action lawsuit accusing Spotify of a "pay-for-play" scheme to inflate Drake’s streaming numbers has been dismissed with prejudice. No discovery occurred and none of the allegations were proven true. A federal judge ruled that the plaintiff signed an enforceable arbitration agreement with Spotify that waives the right to sue and requires the dispute to be resolved through arbitration. This is a legal win for Spotify.
